Project Manager

Dental Network is a company with a presence in Latin America, dedicated to comprehensive dental health care. We operate different brands in Mexico and Colombia, offering quality care through an innovative, accessible and patient-centered model. We are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in the comprehensive management of strategic projects. This position is key to ensuring that each project is delivered in a timely manner and with high quality standards, aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead the strategy of key projects, ensuring that they are carried out in a timely manner and with excellence. You'll design realistic and efficient schedules, ensuring the achievement of milestones and goals.
• You will plan resources (equipment, budget, tools) so that each project has what it needs to move forward.
• You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, encouraging collaboration, effective communication and focus on results.
• You will monitor the progress of the projects through agile tools and clear reports for senior management.
• You'll solve challenges and make key decisions, ensuring that nothing stands in the way.
• You will ensure the quality of each delivery, ensuring that deliverables meet the highest standards.
• You will promote continuous improvement, proposing new ways to do more with less and better.

Requirements:

‍

• Professional in Engineering, Management or related careers.
• Specialization in Project Management (Desirable)
• Minimum 3 years leading complex projects.
• Experience leading schedules, budgets and teams, and you know how to bring a plan from paper to reality.
• Domain of tools such as MS Project, Monday and Office.
• Skills in strategic planning, decision-making, leadership and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge in agile methodologies is a plus.

• Salary between $25,000 and $40,000 MXN (depending on experience)
• Monday through Friday: 9:00am to 7:30pm
