‍What Are We Looking For?

‍‍

You will be key to the care of our patients, performing:

‍

• Manage the appointment schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Respond to phone calls and messages, provide information and resolve efficiently.
• Verify and update patient information in the system.
• Manage the archive of patient records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinic staff, and other providers.
• Coordinate communication between the different departments of the clinic.

Requirements

‍

• High school completed
• Minimum experience: 1 year in reception, administration, customer service and/or related areas. Experience in the dental sector is valued (desirable, but not exclusive)
• Office parcel management.
• Focus on customer service and service attitude.
• Proactivity, assertive communication and empathy.
• Excellent personal image.
• Cash Management/Point of Sale

What Do We Offer?

‍

• Salary between 8,000 and 9,000 pesos.
• Schedule: Full time Monday through Saturday.
• Location: Mixcoac CDMX.
• Ongoing training.
