Business Alliances Coordinator

We are looking for a Business Alliances Coordinator

In this key position, you will be the growth engine of our network of allied clinics in Mexico. You will lead administrative, operational and Commercials, ensuring quality in dental processes, mobilizing resources to meet objectives and strategically expanding our partner network.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact and present value propositions to potential allied clinics.
  • Negotiate and close business agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Monitor the operational and commercial performance of allied clinics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Implement commercial strategies to increase patient recruitment and clinic profitability.
  • Submit regular reports on the progress of alliances and the achievement of objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the dental sector in Mexico.
  • Develop and submit investment proposals for the expansion of the network of allied clinics.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions.
  • Train and support allied clinic teams in the implementation of processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified professional in related areas (Administration, Marketing, Dentistry, etc.).
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in commercial and/or operational supervision in the dental sector in Mexico.
  • Availability to travel between clinics in the Central Zone of the country (Mexico City, Cuernavaca, Querétaro, Puebla and Pachuca).
  • Own vehicle for travel.
  • Business Skills (prospecting, negotiation, closing of agreements).
  • Strategic communication and capacity for influence.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Results-orientation and analytical thinking.
  • Control and monitoring of operations.
  • Knowledge of the dental sector in Mexico (desirable)
